Each production line outputs 1.8 million capsules daily. Total production time scales linearly with order quantity, including:
3 days for setup/changeover
8 days for mandatory QC testing
*Note: Actual lead time requires adding order processing/pre-production scheduling.
Lead time = 3 days scheduling + (quantity ÷ 1.8 million capsules/day) + 8 days testing. Total: ~2-4 weeks.
