As the hands of the clock move across the dial, the assembly call for the new Wecaps team officially sounds. Xinchang and Hangzhou come together, and an annual narrative about "choice" and "evolution" unfolds under the theme of "New choice, Be better". 

Panoramic Review: Not a Summary, But Calibration

A three-dimensional organizational review, covering the strategic support layer to operational execution, the quality lifeline to market growth pole, each business department head took the stage in turn. There was no lengthy list of details, only candid self-examination - the granularity breakdown of financial data, the marginal optimization of production efficiency, the reinforcement of the quality system defense line, the node breakthrough of engineering projects, the elasticity reshaping of the supply chain, the dual-wheel drive of domestic and international markets... 

Ten reports, ten perspectives, pieced together the full-chain operation map of Huili in 2025. When the stable control at the back end, the capacity building at the middle platform, and the business breakthrough at the front end converge in the same time and space, what we see is not just the accumulation of a series of numbers, but also the gradual formation of a system capability. 

Strategic Priority: The Courage to Choose Is More Important Than the Choice Itself

If reviewing the past is to understand the origin, then planning is to solidify the destination.

The "2026 Annual Business Plan Report" released by Vice General Manager Zheng Mingqiang did not pile up grand concepts but returned to the essence of business: In an environment where uncertainty has become the norm, how can we use the organizational capabilities of certainty to support every crucial decision. From redefining business boundaries to precise irrigation of resource allocation, from pre-deploying risk plans to continuously activating organizational vitality, a clear strategic map was laid out before everyone.

General Manager Wang Qikai's comments were more like a strategic calibration. "New choice is not blind change, being better is not simply adding more," the general manager pointed out. "When we talk about 'better', we are talking about a kind of not-compromising professionalism - choosing the correct path in every 0.1% that can be optimized." 

Wecaps' founder, Chairman Wang Qiuhua, delivered New Year greetings and expressed warm wishes for the entire attending staff. He wished them a successful year at work, a happy family life, and collaboration with the company to achieve even greater success. 

Evening banquet time: Remove the armor, see each other's light

The daytime agenda was rational, while the evening banquet atmosphere was emotional.

When the lights dimmed and the music started, the second half of the annual meeting switched to the "Wecaps Family" mode. The most unexpected part was the personal stand-up comedy show of Mr. Wang - the decision-maker who usually planned everything in advance transformed into a free-spirited "joke teller" on stage. From the funny stories about taking over Wecaps to the sharp observations on industry changes, from the self-deprecating deconstruction of management insights to the humorous outlook on the future, a flood of witty remarks and continuous punchlines were delivered.

It turns out that rigorous enterprise management and a humorous attitude towards life can coexist in one soul. 

During the subsequent interactive session, the "hidden skills" that were usually kept hidden were all unlocked. Songs, laughter, and clinking glasses intertwined, and the camaraderie formed during cross-departmental collaboration, which had been established, solidified into a deeper sense of belonging at this moment. There were no hierarchical barriers, only partners standing side by side; there was no pressure from KPIs, only the common expectations for the new year.

2026: On the path of evolution, we are each other's road signs.

Looking out of the banquet hall, the dome of the Olympic Sports Center shone brightly in the night, like a metaphor for the future.
