One year on, what was once an empty plot now hosts the rising structure of an intelligent factory with a total investment nearing 500 million yuan. With solid progress and a steady pace, this project to build a billion-particle-grade plant capsule production base is turning blueprints into reality on the land of Qiantang.

As a flagship project in WeCaps' plant capsule strategy, the facility was conceived from the start with a "Smart + Green" vision. It aims to be a high-standard, integrated base for R&D, production, and storage, laying a robust foundation for capacity leaps and quality upgrades.

1.Boosting Efficiency with Smart Production: The plan includes 48 fully automated hard capsule production lines, supported by a complete intelligent control system. This enables digital management of the entire production process, enhancing both efficiency and product quality stability at the source.

2. Empowering Growth with Green Development: The facility is equipped with heat recovery and photovoltaic energy storage systems. Process and material flow optimization will minimize energy consumption. A dedicated 300-ton/day wastewater treatment station and strict controls on emissions and noise integrate green manufacturing principles throughout the project's construction and future operations.

A year of relentless effort has yielded breakthroughs at every stage—from foundation piling to the main structure, from underground work to above-ground construction. Each solid step forward has set a benchmark for industrial projects in the Hangzhou Airport Economic Zone, garnering high-level recognition.

During an inspection visit, Mr. Wei Zhangxian, Party Secretary of Ru'ao Town, highly commended the project's speed and quality, noting it demonstrates WeCaps' pragmatic spirit and core strength. 2.Focusing on installation and purification to achieve cleanroom standardization and full system implementation.

3.Advancing equipment installation and comprehensive debugging, including single-machine tests, system integration, and trial production, to ensure full preparedness for the official launch.
